Process Manager
1. Collect market information, investigate the research and development progress of materials and industry dynamics, and formulate the corresponding process strategy research and development direction;
2. Responsible for the process research and development of electrolyte and its raw materials (electrolyte, EC, EMC, VC, FEC, DTD, LiPF6, LiFSI, etc.), iron and lithium materials, cathode materials, special materials and battery recycling, and developed the process route with low cost, low energy consumption, low three waste and low carbon;
3. Lead product process boundary verification and form process experience precipitation; Team management, department personnel training;
4. Responsible for communication and coordination with relevant departments of the company, providing timely and competitive project proposals to customers and channel partners;
5. Standardize and publish the requirements of new products and equipment technology, process failure mode, control plan, PFMEA, etc. Provide technical support for the design, construction and production of overseas factories;
6. Collect the latest industry policy notice, technology development trend and other relevant information, timely feedback to the company and put forward constructive comments or suggestions;
7. Cooperate with third parties to jointly develop material synthesis technology, positive and negative electrode materials, battery recycling, green hydrogen and green amine process technology;
8. Look for suitable partners for specific materials and technical solutions, build relationships and form strategic partners.
1. 5-10 years experience in process development or process improvement, understanding of common failure problems, at least 3 years experience in department management, master degree or above, major in electrochemistry, chemistry, chemical engineering, materials, machinery and other related majors;
2. Have the ability to lead a team, good interpersonal communication skills, decision-making control and resource coordination skills;
3.With a high sense of responsibility, strong ability to work under pressure, good team work and dedication.
