1. 3-5 years working experience in electrolyte process, master degree or above, major in materials, mechanics, electrochemistry, physics, chemistry and other related majors is preferred;

2. Provide relevant technical support to the production site, analyze and deal with on-site anomalies, solve technical and process problems, optimize the process, improve efficiency and reduce costs;
