1. Minimum of 5 years of HR management experience in Europe, with a preference for candidates with a Bachelor’s degree or higher and experience in chemical manufacturing companies.

2. Possess strategic thinking and strong analytical and scheduling skills.

3. Open-minded, with a strong sense of responsibility, professionalism, and a collaborative team spirit.

4. Maintain good relationships with local employment offices and government authorities.

5. Thorough knowledge of federal, state, and local labor laws, along with familiarity with HR modules and department operations.

6. Proficiency in German and English as working languages.

7. Strong communication skills, logical thinking, and excellent writing abilities.
