Your role
1. Develop electrolyte test methods and maintain/repair electrolyte-related equipment.
2. Conduct R&D on electrolyte for sodium-ion batteries and prepare related reports.
3. Optimize electrolyte formulation, conduct sample evaluations, including rapid electrolyte evaluation methods.
4. Participate in the research, testing, and evaluation of new products and processes.
5. Formulate and develop standards for electrolyte raw materials and finished products.
6. Benchmark customer electrolyte test methods and assist in addressing abnormalities.
7. Write patents in the field of electrolyte research and development.
Preferred Qualifications/Experience
1. Master’s degree or above, majoring in Chemistry or Analytical Chemistry.
2. In-depth understanding of relevant testing methods (gas phase, liquid phase, ion chromatography, GC~MS, etc.).
3. Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience, preferably in the new energy sector.
