We are hiring a Battery Materials Scientists to support GEO’s growing U.S. customer base through a mix of hands-on lab work, technical troubleshooting, and customer-facing execution. Job Summary: 

The Sales Representative will support GEO’s commercial efforts by managing customer
accounts and driving new business development in the battery and energy storage sectors.
This role will work closely with technical and product teams to ensure customer needs are
met with precision and speed. The ideal candidate has foundational knowledge of battery
materials, strong interpersonal skills, and a growth-oriented mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow customer relationships with energy storage and battery
manufacturers 

• Support onboarding and product rollout with new and existing accounts 

• Identify sales opportunities, gather market intelligence, and support commercial
planning 

• Serve as the bridge between customers and internal technical teams 

• Attend client meetings, trade shows, and industry events 

• Prepare regular sales activity reports and provide customer feedback

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field
(Master’s preferred) 

• 1–3 years of sales or account management experience in the chemical or energy
materials industry 

• Foundational knowledge of battery technology, especially electrolytes 

• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills 

• Self-starter with a collaborative, solutions-focused approach
