Job Responsibilities
I. Development and Strategic Procurement of NON-PFE Suppliers
- Based on the company’s core material needs, formulate a NON-PFE supplier development plan, screen high-quality suppliers that meet qualification requirements and have matching production capacity in target regions (e.g., Europe, America, Southeast Asia), and build a NON-PFE supplier resource pool.
- Lead the entire NON-PFE supplier development process, including qualification due diligence, on-site assessment, sample verification, and follow-up on small-batch trial production; issue development reports and promote the integration of qualified suppliers into the cooperation system.
- Organize strategic negotiations with core NON-PFE suppliers, covering aspects such as pricing, payment terms, delivery cycles, quality assurance, and risk-sharing; sign long-term cooperation agreements to ensure cost competitiveness and cooperation stability.
- Establish a dynamic management mechanism for NON-PFE suppliers, conduct regular performance evaluations (e.g., on-time delivery rate, quality pass rate), formulate improvement plans for existing issues, and deepen long-term strategic cooperation.
- Identify and develop strategic partners and build a diversified cooperation model that goes beyond a single procurement relationship—for example, expanding multi-dimensional cooperation areas such as joint technology R&D, supply chain collaboration, customized production, and project co-construction.
II. Supply Chain Support
- Support supply chain work in Europe and America, including:
- Assisting the procurement team in connecting with U.S. suppliers and advancing the execution of procurement orders;
- Assisting in coordinating logistics and warehousing resources in the U.S. to ensure efficient material flow;
- Assisting in collecting U.S. supply chain policies (e.g., trade regulations, tariff changes) to help mitigate supply chain risks.
III. Assistance in Part of the CEO’s Daily Work and Supply Chain Strategy Implementation.
- Be responsible for part of the CEO’s schedule planning (meetings, business trips, business receptions), coordinate the timing of internal and external meetings, and handle document work (drafting letters, organizing report materials) to ensure the efficient progress of tasks.
- Accompany the CEO in supply chain-related business activities (e.g., supplier inspections, industry summits), record meeting minutes, track key action items, and promptly report the implementation progress to the CEO.
- Collect core NON-PFE supply chain data (e.g., procurement costs, supplier performance), organize it into visual reports, and provide support for the CEO in formulating supply chain strategies.
Qualifications
