Your role

1. To supervise and inspect the Contractor’s operation so that it complies at least with the HSE requirements of the relevant domestic codes and with the appropriate specific HSE requirements of the Owners and HBP;

2. To educate or train the management personnel of the Contractor according to the requirements of domestic normative employers and HBP, and to supervise the implementation of HSE education and training by the Contractor to its employees;

3. Supervise and manage whether the contractor’s HSE system (data) complies with the relevant domestic and local standards, the requirements of the owner and the Company;

4. Check whether the contractor’s site complies with the HSE plan and domestic HSE standards, and issue rectification instructions and rectification penalty notices to the contractor;

5. Organize and assist relevant departments and units to formulate or modify safety technical operation regulations and safety production rules and regulations, supervise and inspect their implementation, and hold on-site HSE meetings regularly;

6. Require the supervisor to review the key process (dangerous process);

7. According to the requirements of the company, record and save HSE data of the on-site office, and write weekly safety report;

8. Responsible for keeping in touch with local governments and timely reporting relevant information.

Preferred Qualifications/Experience

1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 5 years working experience in safety management or holding a registered safety engineer certificate is preferred;

2. Experience in cooperation with R&D, facility maintenance or construction industry is preferred;

3. Good interpersonal relationship and communication skills, honest and practical, with a good sense of teamwork;

4. Fully grasp the policies, laws and regulations of national and local governments related to industry environment, safety and health, and guide the HSE work of all departments of the company; Familiar with the procedures of safety supervision, fire protection, environmental protection, occupational health and other departments;

5. Able to work under pressure and accept business trips, 2024 project BASE Czech Republic.
