1. Implement the regional safety responsibility system, organize and implement safety activities such as all-staff audit, safety inspection, emergency drill, safety training, hidden trouble investigation and rectification, accident investigation and sharing, and continuously improve the level of safety management.

2. Design and develop process schemes according to product design requirements, formulate product process schemes and carry out process tests.

3. Solve the process problems of products in the process of production and manufacturing, and cooperate with the completion of product after-sales technical support.

4. Undertake technical transformation of important projects or construction of new projects;

5. Participate in the preparation of project proposal, feasibility study report, application report, overall design or safety facility design monograph, etc.;

6. Participate in the progress control of the project, coordinate all resources, and ensure the implementation of the project as planned.

1. Bachelor degree or above, 5-10 years working experience as chemical production process engineer;

2. Major in polymer physics, polymer chemistry or chemical engineering;

3. Able to use CAD drawing tools, understand the concept of process safety management, familiar with FMEA, SPC, lean Six Sigma tools;

4. Have the ability to read and understand English technical materials, have the basic English technical communication ability;

5. Teamwork, logical thinking, mature and stable, strong sense of responsibility, good at learning, strong ability to work under pressure;

6. Familiar with relevant design specifications, able to work independently, strong professional skills are preferred.
