Your role
1. Coordinate the daily management of the electrolyte formulation laboratory.
2. Accept customer sample requirements and schedule orders based on sample urgency.
3. Ensure timely delivery of samples and preparation of raw and auxiliary materials.
4. Assure sample quality, ensuring the delivery of qualified electrolyte samples.
5. Track sample logistics and transportation, and monitor customer sample arrivals.
Preferred Qualifications/Experience
1. Bachelor’s degree or above in chemistry, materials science, physics, or related fields.
2. Solid understanding of the physical properties of various chemical substances.
3. Good knowledge of energy storage technology in the field of new energy.
4. Strong ability to execute tasks, handle pressure, excellent communication skills, and a team player.
5. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position.
