Your role
1. Develop and maintain equipment technical standards that meet the requirements of the company, and provide reliable basis for equipment management.
2. Participated in the design and construction of automated production line, assisted in process design and equipment selection, coordinated equipment using departments and suppliers, and cooperated with purchasing departments in equipment procurement.
3. Master the situation of product quality and equipment, ensure the reliable operation of equipment, and assist in making equipment transformation and upgrading plans.
4. According to the requirements of equipment management, organize the preparation of equipment related documents, formulate and modify equipment management system and operation rules, etc.
5. Assist process engineer to investigate and solve related problems.
6. Do a good job in the selection, installation and commissioning of process equipment, and timely handover to meet the demand of production capacity.
7. Continuously improve production efficiency by improving equipment performance.
8. Compile operation instructions related to various equipment, formulate training plans, complete personnel training of manufacturing department, and improve the operation level of manufacturing department.
Preferred Qualifications/Experience
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanics, physics, chemistry, materials, etc. English is regarded as the working language;
2. Have a solid mechanical and electrical theoretical knowledge of equipment, good hands-on ability, have basic software programming ability;
3. Strong sense of responsibility and good sense of cross-department team cooperation.
