Your role
1. Formulate and implement procurement strategy and be responsible for procurement of the company’s business lines.
2. Investigate, analyze and evaluate the market to determine customer needs and procurement opportunities.
3. Develop, select and handle local supplier relationships, such as price negotiation, purchasing environment, product quality, supply chain, database, etc.
4. Improve the procurement workflow and standards, reduce the retention time of stock keeping units and the occurrence of additional income, in order to achieve the inventory turnover target.
5. According to the progress of procurement, make procurement payment plan as a whole and handle related matters of procurement payment.
6. Follow up the arrival of goods, apply for payment, and track the receipt of invoices according to the contract terms.
7. Provide purchasing reports to management.
Preferred Qualifications/Experience
1.3-5 years working experience in the same position, bachelor degree or above, major in economics, management, chemicals, materials, business administration and other related fields is preferred.
2. Familiar with materials procurement bidding procedures, rich process management skills, familiar with logistics management business processes.
3. Have rich vendor resources, proficient in Word, Excel and other office software.
4. Strong communication, coordination and negotiation skills.
5. Careful, active, strong execution ability.
